Submission–Presentation > Presentation Guidelines

All accepted papers should be presented by one of the authors. The Technical Program provides information about the mode of presentation, oral or poster. Presentations should be prepared according to the following guidelines. 

Lecture Presentations

Each presentation time slot is 20 minutes including the questions/answers’part. Each presentation has its own time slot which cannot be changed or shifted. The speakers are expected to make the best use of the slot and leave sufficient time, 3–4 minutes, for question and answers. Session chairs will enforce the schedule. 

All oral presentation rooms will be equipped with laptop computers and the presentations must be prepared in either Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format. The presenters should arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and check-in with the Session Chair before the session starts. They should also deliver their presentation slides no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the session.

Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in A0 format (84.1 x 118.9 cm). They should be oriented vertically, in portrait mode. Authors should check-in with the Session Chairs prior to the session start and remain with their posters throughout the presentation.
