Registration

Please carefully read the information below and contact eusipcolyon-registration@sciencesconf.org if you have any questions about registration.

The registration procedure has resumed. The deadlines for early bird registration and article coverage have been extended to July 11.

General

All attendees must register and receive a conference badge to participate in conference activities.

Registration for EUSIPCO 2024 will open on May 28.

Registration for EUSIPCO 2024 requires membership in the European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP).

• If you are already a member, please proceed to registration.
• If you are not yet a member, you can either:
  • First, Become a member via EURASIP website. Then, proceed to register as a member.
  • Become a member directly by registering for EUSIPCO 2024.

At least one author per paper must register at FULL rate. One full registration can cover up to three papers (on condition that the person who is registering is a (co-)author).

All papers should be presented live (in person) at EUSIPCO 2024. Virtual or hybrid presentations will not be permitted unless there are specific restrictions and after approval by the organizing committee.

Registration Fees and Payment Deadlines

The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment:

EARLY fee: until July 11;

LATE fee: from July 11 to August 15;

ONSITE fee: August 16 onwards.

If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please, register early and pay by the deadline.

*Student registration is subject to:

1. Proof of status must be shown at the registration desk;
2. Each paper must be covered by a FULL registration fee.
   

Registration fee includes VAT.

Registration includes:

• Participation in the Welcome cocktail on Monday, August 26;
• Access to scientific sessions and plenary speeches;
• Coffee breaks (Mon-Fri, according to program);
• Access to electronic proceedings.

Please note that costs for travel and insurance are not included in the registration fees.

Gala Dinner

You may purchase at the time of registration a ticket for the Gala Dinner on Wednesday, August 28. The fee is

• EUR 90 for participants with full registration;
• EUR 35 for participants with student registration.
• Note that if you are a student and need a full registration to cover your paper, you can still access the dinner at the student rate.

Tutorial Fee

Tutorials can be attended by participants registering either in full registration or in student registration, by paying the corresponding fee of EUR 30 per tutorial.

Accompanying Person

The registration fee for accompanying persons is

• EUR 120 (incl. VAT) for participation in the Gala dinner;
• EUR 40 (incl. VAT) for participation in the Welcome cocktail.

  • If you are registering at the student rate, registration is now complete. If you are registering at the full rate and do not wish to cover a paper, registration is now complete.

Visa Application

Should you need an invitation letter for a visa application, please send an email to eusipcolyon-registration@sciencesconf.org, with "Invitation Letter" as the subject and indicating last name, first name, email address and accepted paper ID and/or other reasons for attending EUSIPCO24 (tutorial speaker, award winner,…). The invitation letter will be sent to you upon request as fast as can be.
